5.Functional description
Step1: the forklift will move the raw materials to the stationary platform
Step 2: the automatic feeder grabs the material with the vacuum suction cup, then pneumatically lifts it and servo feeds it to the automatic feeder station and puts it to the workbench.
Step 3: the automatic feeder will automatically align the materials, and the pneumatic clamps will push forward to clamp the plates (automatically identify the origin), and continue to walk to the stamping machine mold station for automatic stamping
Step 4: the falling material falls directly under the press and is transferred to the basket by the raw material conveying mechanism.The tail material at the clamp adopts the intelligent avoiding function to realize the stamping of tailless material (or micro tail material).
Step 5: after the stamping is finished, the feeder moves the remaining strip to the side of the punch to eject.
Step 6: the automatic feeder clamp returns to the feeding position and circulates the feeding stamping.
